Hello, Everybody!

I managed to get off the collapsing ground in the glim gardens, but now the floor has already crushed and I am standing at its side. Unfortunately there seems to be no way to enter the crypt below through the hole. Since I am playing with version 1.3 already, there seems to be no patch avaiable to solve this bug.

Is there a solution for this problem?

Is there any other way to enter the crypt?

Unfortunately there is no solution. You can still complete the game without visiting the ancient tomb, however, some quests will go unfulfilled. I have recently finished the game and started again and I am making sure that as soon as I get to the gardens I am going straight to the tomb to get it over with before the disappearing ground bug kicks in.

The only way to access the Ancient Tomb is loading a previous save game before the platform collapsed. Patch v1.3 won't fix this bug so as soon as you fall down to the Ancient tomb the first time just clear the level and walk out so that you will be able then to travel there through the other path down there. Do not load AUTOSAVE the first time you fall down because you will find your party floating over the hole and no way to enter the tomp, but i guess this is what happened to you.

Thank you very much for your help. I already figured that there would be no other way than to reload an old savegame.

But fortunately my fiance wanted to start all over anyway, because she wanted to go with another party (with a halfling as a rogue and a cleric).

So I (we) are going to take your advice and start the game all over again .

Since you are planning to start the game all over again it would be better if you install the latest patch(v1.4) as well. The new patch states that it fixes the bug with the collapsing platform in the Glim Gardens amongst other things. Check the sticky thread for more details.
