Wing leaders?

My character will most possibly be an elven fighter......who is the wing leader or the fighters? And the other wings as well?? just curious and wanting to get used to the ladder of ascent.
There is no warrior wing leader at the moment, one needs to be elected.
Other wing leaders are:
Nature: Sellsword
Magi: MikeHeitz
Rogue: Weasel
Divine: Nippy
Any help?
