Can a sorcerer use mage scrolls?

Can a sorcerer use mage scrolls not to copy them to spellbook, but to use them one time like a mage can?? Also can someone tell me where can i find Find Familiar scroll and will my sorcerer be able to read it and summon familiar and then toss it away??
