counter to unconciousness

is there any spell/item that imparts immunity to unconciousness? Like the unconciousness that happens from a dragon's wing buffet for example.

None. You can prevent stun by having an object with free action, but unconsciousness isn't a magical condition. It sorta happens when you're on the way to dying.
