Where do you get Tombelthens Journal part 2 and what should i do with it?

You can only obtain the journal part 2 as part of the ranger quests i.e. when your main character is a Ranger and you have a cabin in the hills for a stronghold. You can check the GameBanshee site for more explanation on the ranger quests for Baldur's Gate II (link on top of this page)

Thats stupid I'm not a Ranger, and why would i then want to carry that piece of paper around, Bahh!

Also i think it is a TDD item, because i have never come across it before.
I only came across it when i had the v1.00 of TDD.
