How do you create custom kits and innate abilities? Can you create them?
What tools do I need and where are they?

The tools needed for creating custon kits can be downlaoded from http://www.teambg.com
I've tried making and editing kits, and it doesn't seem too hard, but haven't tried innate abilities yet. I assume it's very similar to creating custom spells.
You may want to make a backup of your override directory first, before making any changes.
