You guys know the axe called "lonesome road".
Well it gives you +1 constitution and since it gives you more HP.
So if you're almost dead and you can use the axe. then switch it with an other weapon.
Once you do that you notice you get more HP with each switch.
I don't know if you know what I mean ' cause my English coul be better.

But anyway, this problem had been already found long ago, and it was removed with a patch...
