Where can I find the amount of Xp I get fot each monster?
For example, orc-15Xp, etc.

Because of the variety of the monsters and the fact that all monsters have there own level it is very hard to record the xp of the monsters. I think the Prima's Guide offer this but then again i might be wrong.

Sorry, just curious about the amount of XP for each monster.

No, it is an official strategy guide for Pool of Radiance (book). You can buy it for US$10-15 i think.
