hi my monk is now level 40... and he is invincible as ever...

-Newbs Beware: Major Spoiler

*sigh* i remember my younger days when i had to draw upon holy might to kill a mephit and die when surrounded by them. i was level 36 in suldanesselar, never having anybody else in my party except myself. it was hard, but now it isnt :D Firkraag the Red was butchered just because he was in my way... greater whirlwind then continous kicking...

level 36 in suldanesselar is harder than many people think. when i went in, instead of usual 2 clay golems + adamantine golems, there were 3 adamantine golems and 5 clay golems. of course, they were turned into their natural form, blob of dirt. jon's pet black dragon was battered, bleeding and weeping but i killed it anway. by the time i was in ToB, i was level 39. w/ magic resistance of 103, mages were powerless against me... and w/ AC of about -15, they were too slow for me.

stunning blow was useless against anybody... although deathblow did its work quite well... even the soldiers at saradush are mostly level 10 or less, so greater deathblow works. plus most mages cast spell by special abilities, so their levels are not so high...

the funny thing is, that mages are now so very utterly powerless against me... they cast improved mantle, i just stand there not even running away. after a while when their prot magic run out i just kick them again and again. im now in forest of mir and i am level 40. i thought finishing the game would be pointless so i now am playing fighter/mage, half elf and yet level 11/12
