I was in docks district and talking to a kid about the murderes, he told about some Mrs Cragmore being a witch.
Who is she and where do I find her?

Mrs. Cragmoon is the potion seller way over on the left side of the Bridge District. She looks like a mage, and generally only shows up during daylight hours.
