you press "L" then in the dialogue thingy at the bottom the coordinates will come up.

You can set the key for "show coordinates" in the configuration

...this is maybe a little subquestion to the theme, but who cares?..
I know how to use those coordinates, and I also have found some of the things
SPOILER!
that are hidden, (including, the Ring of Protection +1, the scrolls in nahskel mines...)
BUT i cannot find that Ring of Wizardy in the Friendly arm Inn...and yes i have got the coordinates (x=2555, y=3760)
and yes i have got TotSC installed, i bought both BG1 and TotSC together! Does anyone care to help me???

Some versions don't have the Ring of Wizardry, unfortunately. If you have the original, unpatched version of BG1, it's there, but all copies of BG1 sold in the past 2 years are the patched version of the game. If you install TotSC, the Ring is put back, but you have to start a new game after installing the expansion to make it available.

Look very close near the pine tree, and you see a very small dott.
That is the ring (it comes down on very good mousecontrol)

well...
My problem is if Sojourner is right is that I installed BOTH BG1 and TotSC at the same time before i started to play again...and after that so have i restarted the game a couple of times... I think that i have to get the fact that i can only get 1 Ring of Wizardy!

If it's so important to you, just cheat one in.
CLUAConsole:CreateItem("RING08")

No, mine is the same way. I spent hours looking for that ring and also the Ankheg plate near Nashkell. I found the diamond and the +1 ring of protection, though so I guess they didn't remove all of the easter eggs.
