Dual wielding scimitars (not sure what for mainhand, but belm in offhand...) or club/scimitar?

Maybe Belm/Sling/Shield?

Or Spear (Impaler?)

Dont start off dual wielding. Its a total waste until you get at least 2 stars in 2 weapon style.

I always use my best shield with Jaheira - she can get wicked low AC - along with scimitars and slings - belm is the best.

Later in TOB I go with dual wielding....

well, not much of one, but anyway. I'd recommend weapon and shield plus a sling until you get impaler in the sahuagin city. she dishes out the damage with that one. Substitute staff of rhynn or other for weapon and shield if you want. Use impaler when you get it.

btw.. jaihera can only have 1 point in two weapon style....just one more reason why she is the single most pathetic pc from bg to tob

I found Jaheira doing huge damage with spears and staffs.

That is incorrect! As all multi Fighter/X, she can put ** in any weapon or style.

She can do good damage with Staff of the Woodlands too, which can lower her AC and cast shambling mound. Kangy can be hit with that, enough reason for me.

Try it and see, im certain that she cant nor can she put a second notch in single weapon or two handed style

Dont forget that some npc' break the normal rules, like Hear'dealis having mastery of short swords

Although if you prove me wrong, fair enough but I still say try it and see....... Btw, she is still a lousy npc
