How the hll do u beat Sarevok and his chums on BGate 1. Its impossible!!!!!!!! Cud some1 please tell me!!?
I've got me (Fighter/ Cleric)(L6 and L7) , Khalid (L7), Jaheira (L6 and L6), Kivan (L7), Coran (L6 and L7) and Dyanheir (L7)
What do i do!!!!

strategy guides @ Gamebanshee.

Yepp, the way stated in the strategy guide is the way to go. Make sure Sarevok never reaches you (spells and wands of summoning) and have your archers take him out. The rest of the party takes care of his friends meanwhiles.

Thanx every1, ive just done it. I did entangle and web on Sarevok which actually worked and took out his mages quickly. He then got out and started lacing into Dyanheir, this was good. As he has 100% magice resistance Dyanheir is now no good, so i equpied her with loads of defensive magic and also animated some dead to distract him further. Because of all this magic he couldnt hurt Dyanheir easily so i got Coran, Me and Kivan to shoot at him... (By the way, Khalid was killed very early on, aswell as Jaheira!). So anyway I finally killed him with me on 4 hit points and with my hole picture filled up with statuis effects. time to av another go at BGate2 then!

HOW THE
I TOOK MY MAGE DOWN RIGHT SIDE AND USED WAND OF FIRE, SEVERAL WANDS OF FIRE BEING CARE NOT TO HIT SARVOK AND KILLED HIS COMPANIONS, SARVOK STILL WAS NOT EASY TO KILL OFF AS HE JUST KILLSUMMONED MONSTER SO EASY THEN ATTACKED MY PARTY DOING A LOT OF DAMAGE.

the trick is to fill you mage with all the summon monster spells he can, and your cleric with all the possible undead and keep summoning them as you fire at him

Try luring Serevok out alone and get him to chase one of your dudes. (Carefull, do not get too close the sides of the temple as the doom guard come alive!) Equipt all the rest of your dudes with missile weapons. Do not use the boots of speed on the character you want Serevok to chase, as he out runs him. Getting Serevok to kill thge rest of your team. Circle the runner around the main group and fire everything you got at the mother. Run around until he is dead. Careful, do not step into the skull carving on the ground. Trapped.
