Who plays Irenicus?

I mean the actor... i know i've heard his voice before and i want to try and find out who he is and where i've heard him from before.... does anyone know what actor plays him?

The voice of Irenicus is done by the fabulous British actor David Warner. Among other things, Hes been in 'Titanic' as Spicer Lovejoy (Cal's Servent), 'Time bandits' and 'Ninja Turtles 2'.
I'll find a page about him in a second.
