I like my party to look good while they are walking round the sword coast, so as to set myself as far away from Binky the Buffoon as possible. What armour have you found that looks good on certain characters/races, and what colour combinations look good with different robes etc.

I think Yeslick looks good in Drizzt's mail, with red major colouring.
Dynaheir and Xan look good in Blue and yellow.
Kivan really suits the helm of glory

What do you think

I think all gnomes and dwarfes look cool in heavy armour.
And a halfling thief looks cool with the shadow armour on!

And small characters look very funny when they have the helm of balduran

Xzar and Edwin look really cool in the Robes of Archmagi with red as major and black as minor color.

Any small warrior, full plate, major silver minor black with helm of Balduran. practical too!

A human with Drizzt's armour with blue as both colors and the helm of Balduran looks sweet too.

I think all items look better in BG1.
Especially the (normal) helmets.

Yeah, in BG2 all the armour looks old and beat up and shields have some totally irrational shapes.

yeah, but that is from another 'country' so the styles are different. It's good that they changed it, but BG1 does look better. I love the helms with wings

Yeah, I really like Kaigans helmet and will take it from him and remove him from my party.
I find that Monteron looks really stupid no matter how you dress him, he always looks like a little kid playing "dress-up" with daddy's clothes.

Ankheg armour with green.
Full plate mail with major red and minor red.
Chagne the clothing colour to match the major armour colour.
