I downloaded the new patch as you suggested but have one major problem. the software on my computer won't open it. I use lotus software does this make any difference?

The patch should not have been opened by any program since it is in ".exe" format. Only by double click on it should work. I am afraid i don't know much about lotus. can you open it without using lotus?
