i'm trying to kill bodhi in chapter 3 so that i can fulfill the shadow thieves quests so that i can get Imoen back, none of my fighters or mages are higher than level ten. i've gotten killed many times,
I need to keep from getting dominated and i need to find a way to damage her, none of my fighters seem to be able to hit her, and of course she's magic resistant, any ideas?

If you've got any items that increase mental resistance and/or prevent domination, be sure to wear those. If you're a paladin or have Keldorn with you and have killed Big Red (as I like to call him), use Carsomyr. Have mages breach and pierce Bodhi's defenses. I also found the Ring of the Ram helpful and that other ring (whose name I momentarily forget) that generates electrical damage. Be sure only your melee attacker is on Bodhi. Keep the rest at a distance, so she focuses her mind tricks on one potential victim.
Hope that helps.

QUick list
1) Berzerkers (notably Korgan, buts Minsc rage too I believe) provide immunities to hold charm and level drain, lead off with them into rooms so they focus on them first
2) Any amulets, rings, items, that provide immunity to level drain. If your a decent level your main concern isnt really massive damage as much as its being level drained to death (especially by those which do 4 levels a hit)
3) Elementals, particularly Fire Elements, are very good. Use Jaherias summoning if you have her with you (no chance of it turning on you)
4) Protection from Undead Scrolls
5) Healing potions galore for your front line fighters
6) Dont be afraid to abuse area effect spells. Open a door and tossing in 3 skull traps or fireballs will make any fight significantly easier.
The best help though, as always, is to make sure youre at a high or at least reasonable level before doing it. You dont have to do EVERY quest there is, but do all the main ones in chapter 2 and youll be good to go
Umar Hills/Shade Lord, Trademeet Quests, Windspear Hills, Unseeing Eye, Tanner Murders, Slave Compound, Planar Sphere Thats pretty much the lineup I go for before going after Bodhi, and if you do all those first its a cinch

Welcome to GameBanshee, evelbruce.
I don't suppose you have a thief in your party? If not, you can always hire that gnome for a while in the government district. Yoshimo will do nicely too, that is, if you have not killed him already.
When you are at level 10, you need all the cheese you can get. Have him/her hasted (or equipped with boots of speed if you have). Take the best undead weapon that you have. Drink potions of thievery (or whatever) that help you hide in shadows, backstab, run, hide in shadows, backstab, run.
It's pretty repetitive, but it gets the job done.

invisible stalkers and skellys work great...at lv 10, tho, you will get whimpy skellys...
hmmmm...
the harper quest and others give you helm of charm protection, wear them!!! will prevent dominatrix cold...
oops. freudian slip is showing...
recommend doing other quests, like circus, teddy bear and other s for easy xp and come back later...
if you got gold get shield of baldy for easy unseeing eye and lots of xp...
you should be lv 17 or so mages to summon skelly warriors, they do a real good job on vampires and bodhi...

If you have a cleric, you could use (Level 4 spell) Negative Plane Protection to counter the level drain and (Level 5 spell) Chaotic Commands for the charm/domination. If your cleric is at tenth level, like the rest of your party, you should have access to at least two level 5 spells and three level 4 spells.
A word of caution though, they may not last for the entire fight.
