If you've been level drain, can you still gain experience? I know you won't go up levels while ur in the "level drain" state, but if you use a restoration spell, would any experience points be added to you from the time you got level drain to the time u use a restoration spell?

Yep. All the exp you gained will be there when you get restored.

it is so when u didn't had enough exp. to lvl-up but after a fight where u got lvl drained and got exp. enough to lvl-up u will get to lvl up after u used restoration .
