New good thing...improving fps for marginal systems.

some of us have marginal systems, abotu 3-5 years old, that plays bg 2, just barely...and dont wee alll love that stinking jitter effect???
when you scroll the map with the mouse, it jumps badly??/well did younotice that happens a lot less with explored large maps???been testing this, but so far it looks kosher...
the explored large maps will jitter much less than covered large map...so i have been using
"CLUAConsole:ExploreArea()"
to uncover the map, and my frame rate is high and very much nicer!!!!
almost feels like a mem upgrade for graphics card!!!
because the bcs file is loaded into memory, if you reduce the overhead of processing both covered and uncoverd areas of the map to just covered, the refresh rate and throughput improves drastically.
much less jitter, more processor time for triple abu dazim blasts and earthquake effects....
