could anybody help me out here, i can't for the life of me figure out where the dude i'm s'posed to contact in vivec to join the morag tong guild is, and on top of that, i've forgotten his name...the morag tong manor in balmora tells you the name of him if you ask them to join, could anybody help me with either of these things? thanks..

Well go to vivec, take the gondel to the hlaalu department, from there take the gondel to the arena. Go in the arena to the waterworks, it's somewhere down a stair. you should find it easily.
Then go through to the storage room, kill the rat, go to the right door, kill another rat, and in the left corner of this room is a hatch with lock 50. Force the lock and you're in the secret department of the Morag Tong!!!
