ive tried running the setup.exe but right after i type 'y' and press enter, it says something like unable to find tashia/tashia.cre

any solutions?

Make sure that you have the folder called Tashia coppied into the BG2 folder as well, all of the data files that's needed for the setup are in that folder. If you have the folder there, check to see if there is a tashia.cre file in there; if not check the zip file for that file, if it's not there as well, try redownloading the Mod.
