For, uh... anyone who cares, Eminem (not me, I'm lurking if not posting regularly at SYM), is up to his old tricks, and releasing his 3rd album this June. His first single "Without Me" is already generating some waves with him dressing up as Bin Laden. 'Haven't seen it, but the song has a good beat, with fast-paced lyrics, and is quite humorous in its dissing of other celebrities.

Oh I thought you were actually talking about his back. I hear it’s literally covered with pimples. His nickname in High School was Pizza Back (or so I've heard).

Ha ha! Grammatically, the construction isn't wrong. If I were talking about his acne ridden back, the thread title would have read "Eminems' back," and not "Eminem's back," since " 's " is a contraction of "is," so "Eminem is back" is the way it should be read, plus we all know what "is", is, isn't that right... or isn't it?

That's wrong EMINEM - ['s ] denotes ownership. In this case, EMINEM's back is both a concatenation (abbreviation) and an ownership clause.

[s'] would be if there were backs of multiple EMINEMS.

I thought that Yoda pic was pretty badass. And it’s CGI not a puppet.

Supposedly he’ll be breaking out a can of whoop-ass in ep2.

EU (Expanded Universe) = PU (as in stinky). The Movie Purist vs. EUer wars rage strong on Star Wars boards. The canon vs. non-canon issue remains unresolved. I'm just channeling some of that energy.
