I want to take a five person neutral\evil party with my pc, Korgan, Jan, Viconia, and edwin. since I have a good fighter, cleric, and mage, and jan is a decent thief and an extra half-mage, I am stuck on my character creation process. Any suggestions?

I think a monk or a blade could be interesting but there is already going to be a great mage and a decent multi mage. Also, people seem to disagree about the monks power, and since I only have one real good fighter I am worried the monk will be too weak of a tank.

You could try a Barbarian.

Korgan is more than enough of a tank, believe me, but it is sometimes useful to have another....

If you wannna be evil, start a Paladin, then take your rep. below 10 and become a fallen paladin, then you can use Carsomyr and have a selfbuffing tank!

Yes! Evil Paladin! Good one, @Mini Me!

Definitely go with the evil paladin, and get one of your magi to summon a Pit Fiend in the Order of the most radiant heart.

Make sure they have the Staff of the Magi for Invisibility and Protection from Evil first, though.
