Questions about Construction Kit and more...

Howdy,
I had a few questions concerning the TES Construction Kit and a few other general questions about the game.
First off,
How tough is the Construction Kit to use?
Can you basically make anything with it?
-To tell you the truth the main thing that drew me into the game was the Construction Kit (but don't worry, now I'm equally as interested in the actual game =P)
Are their dragons, giants in this game....and are you able to put them into your dungeons?
-I plan on making some very deep dungeons depending on how the kit works, I'd love to end them with a very tough encounter or two...these two types usually work the best
And just a simple, general question about the game. How many characters can you have...is there a limit?
