Where is he??? I've "spoken" to every zombie in the mortuary (i think) and I still can't find him!!!

The notes about him can be a bit confusing, but if you read them a bit more carefully, you'll realize that zombie #42 is very old and is now probably walking around as a skeleton. You can find him - highlight for spoiler:
He's the skeleton circling around the central area on the top floor of the Mortuary.
