Ribalds Hidden stash?

On Gamebanshee's equipment it says about Ribalds hidden stash. Where can I find it? Do I have to do something?
much later on in the game, after the underdark, he lets you see his secret stash, for a fee of 50 gold. he hasnt got much to impress - at this stage you'll probably have better stuff anyway.
