Can I Get a list of all current games?

hi im just wondering if there is some way to list all the ips when playing on tcp/ip. So you Could see all current games
Please tell me there is a way

If you go here
http://www.gamespy.com and download the free software, you will see rooms for each game - in those rooms you will be able to see ongoing games - some of which you can join. At the bottom of the screen (the games are listed at the top) is chat space where you can invite someone to play a multiplayer game with you
