Enchant Super BUG - Warning, it's like cheating

Stumbled upon this by accident and honestly I don't like it. It's a large bug in Enchantment that can super enhance your character. If you are too tempted by exploitable bugs, please do not read any further.

I was practicing enchantment. I decided to enchant a shirt with the spell Bound Boots. I set all the parms for a new Spell with the Spellcrafter NPC as 0's. This game me a super cheap and fast spell to improve my enchanting skill by using it over and over, rest, repeat. Well, I did it several hundred times to raise my skill, not moving the whole time. When I went to go do something else I realized I was running SUPER fast. I checked my Stats Sheet and lo and behold I had a Speed of over 2000! The Bound Boots spell is supposed to give you a +5 (or +10 I forget) boost to Speed while active. Well, apparently with an Enchanted Item with this spell used over and over, it just keeps on piling on the bonuses, which never go away. I tested this on the other Bound spells and they all work the same way. Whatever boost they are supposed to give temporarily, becomes permanent and continue to stack on each other. I am guessing it has to do with my 0's set for duration, magnitude, etc. Can anyone reproduce this bug on a test character or a character you dont mind boosting a stat illegally?

I feel gimped now. I run SOOOO fast that I have trouble navigating the cities, making successful jumps, etc.

Not just enchant

I got this, too, the same way.

To avoid the bug, and have an honest practice item, create an item (I used shoes) that casts Restore Health (self) with all settings at '1'. You can chain cast it as fast as you can click.

I am having a bit of a dilemma as to whether this is cheating or not.

Warning possible cheat/spoiler

Make a telekinesis spell with 25ft range. If you see an item you want lying around out in the open see if you can get out of sight of any npc's and still see the item, cast the spell and pick up the item. It works and I have picked up some really good items this way but if feels like a cheat. Any comments?

It feels awfully cheesy. If I were RPGing in the environment, I'd expect the people who saw objects move away to follow 'em, and deal spectacularly with the mage employing telekenesis. ;)

Yes but using that logic doesn't that apply to sneak/steal as well? I mean sneak is a skill in game that a character uses in the game to steal items, does it follow that a mage can't use his skills to do the same. I have sure seen a lot of people that use levitate and invisible as thieves to further their dastardly careers. :)

My understanding is that if you you're invisible and try to lift something, it's spotted at once. Can't say I've acquired invisibility yet, to test this out--I'm just repeated hearsay.
