I've owned Arcanum for months now and even though it's installed, it just wont run. I have, what has been referred to as, the hour glass problem where I click "play" and the little hourglass appears, turns over a couple of times then disappears and nothing happens.
I'm using a P4 1.5Ghz
GeForce2 32MB
Santa Cruz TB
All of my drivers are up to date (I think)

I've heard about some people using a no-CD crack but I cant even get that to work (dont worry, I paid for the game in cash)
If anyone has any tips or hints on how to get this game working, that would just make my day!

1.) check the read me file.

2.) check arcanum/troika/sierra/valve website for documented technical issues. Odds are it is documented.

3.) NVIDIA GeForce2 MX 440, perhaps? Definitely make sure your drivers are current.

call tech support site phone number listed in documentation.

Did you disable Norton anti virus services when installing the game. Potential conflicts there.
