Spell effects?

Anyone who knows what sort of effect the mysticism spells "Recall" and "Telekinesis" have? Doesn't seem to be any effect at all when I use them
Recall only works in conjunction with the spell 'Mark' - casting Recall will teleport you to the location where you had previously cast Mark, which of course is super sweet. Only one Mark at a time.
I don't know how to work Telekinesis, I'm sure someone can tell you.
