Betrayed by Shadow Theives- Need Help Plz

I enlisted shadow thief help to free Imoen and killed the vampires in Bhodi's Lair per Aran Linvail's request. I was offered the boat ride to the island but choose to restock supplies first. Now I am back and am being attacked by the guild. Not just in their stronghold but also down at MaeVar's. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Ouch. Thats certainly not supposed to happen. I dont think there is any in game way of making the shadow thieves non-hostile. Its possible that you can mess with variables but really I think your easiest bet is to reload from save before they went hostile and make sure you don't accidentally harm any shadow thieves.
If thats too painful maybe just trying warping to the island and see what happens. You might have to set the chapter variable to 4 and there could be other problems but its worth a shot if you dont have any recent savegames with friendly shadow thieves.

I am in chapter 3. I'm a newbie and don't understand "warping" to chapter 4. Have no previous saves that prevent shadow thieves from turning on me. Should I restart the game?

What mods do you have installed? Do you have ToB?

Are you sure you are being attacked by the guild, and not by rogue members who have become vampires?

Could you accidently have hurt any Shadow Thieves, for example by using an area spell to close to them?

I am being attacked in the shadow thief stronghold by following:
2 shadow thieves, 1 black market thief, Sidge, and Arkanis Gath.
I do remember when transiting from the Docks one time a halfling female who had a red circle around her. I thought "Okay, Enemy mine! Kill it!" and was immediately besieged by several nearby beggars who had now gone from neutral to red. Silly me, after I killed them all and left the area I probably used the autosave that had recorded this incident to write over my more outdated "permanent record". Hence I have no previous save which excludes this encounter. Could this halfling female have been a shadow thief? I have started over from scratch but still hope for a work-around solution from someone out there....
Can anyone tell me where to find the Blade of Roses +3 and Azuredge (an ax)? I thought I bought them at the Adventures Mart but do not show them now in the new game I just started.
All help is appreciated. Thanks
