13rep, but tash wont join??

I have a 13 reputation but tashia wont join, any tips to get her to join??? 
It probably because of the dialogue choice you made when talking to her.
Highlight for dialogues choices:
When talking to her; ask her what her problem is, ask her to tell you what's wrong. After the story say that it wasn't what you've expected, then say that perhaps you can do something for her, tell her that you could take her with you. For the next two choices, don't select the option to remain quite. You get another option, where she ask you if you have any destination in mind, doesn't matter what you say, she should join the party.
