Delivering the slave...

Ok, so I found this little fishing village on the southwest of the island where a guy asked me to deliver a slave to his contact. It's this tiger woman Rabinna (not sure about spelling). But when I get there, the guy who I'm supposed to deliver her to, his house is locked with a level 35 lock. I've already spent around a grand to raise my Security to like 17, but still no luck opening that door. Then I thought that maybe I needed a master's pick, but still no go. It doesn't even say I failed picking the lock, it says the lock's too complex. Can anyone recommend an approch I'm overlooking?

maybe the guy you looking for is not in the house but outside walking somewhere in the village. I've noticed that when a door to someone's house is locked that usually means they aren't home so picking a lock might not help.

The Slave starts off as being too frieghtened to talk to me (@ 35/100). However, the messsage only gives me a forced command to 'goodbye' in red. That is, can't use persuasion.
I tried a few things such as leaving the village letting a few days go by, nothing worked.
Soooooo -> loaded up a game where I just picked her up from the slave trader, pulled out my blade and sent him into early retirement. (Blah blah, my crime has been reported). Had to ice some female dunmer who got agitated I killed this slave trader.
The Point -> After killing off these ppl, my influence with the slave dropped. I was an outlaw, no, Notorious Outlaw. I click to talk to her, I'm at 13/100 -> She has nothing to say to me, but now I can use persuasion i.e. I'm not forced to end the conversation by hitting the red 'goodbye' line.
So I persuade her.
And fail
0/100
Great.
As seems to be the case with most women I know, I break out the wallet and bribe her up to 75/100.
Now she gives you the "Free me" quest.

Hmmm... I wonder if there's any way to affect disposition without talking to the person. I mean positively affect it

Seem like from the book you could maybe charm her with the spell. It doesn't last long but should be long enough to get the job done.

Actually, it was quite funny. I got diseased, and her disposition dropped, but I was then able to bribe her back up and talk to her.

I offered to deliver her and when I got back to balmora I picked the guys lock and as soon as I entered he tried to kill the slave (Rabinna) I killed him and then she offered me the quest of returning her.
This game is huge I think there will be alot of replay value on this game.
