Where do i get 1 of these spells from, i`ve looked but havn`t found

are you refering to recall so you can get back to your mark?? if you are , then in the lower level of the temple of Balmora, one guy sells mark and the other recall.

Can you only have 1 mark at a time? For example, I want to shuttle cogs out of a certain ruin near Balmora. Is my only option to run there, get the goods, and recall back?

Or is there a spell combination that allows me to teleport back and forth?

Worth a shot

well here's an idea, use a combination of almsivi/divine intervention spells + mark + recall.

put a mark spell in the ruins then pick up the loot you want use the intervention spell sell all the loot then recall yourself back to the ruins.
