what are the advantages when u re in the highest level of a guild..,?

ok
-i wondered if there are some REAL advanatge to be the highest level in a guild
i remember in Daggerfall, the highest level in mage guild (archmage) allowed u to use the teleport spells
or in fighter guild u could earn lots of many per month or so..
aslo could u tell what are these advantages
which guild/house/legion/temple give the best one?
-how can u become a vampire? i ve met some but they just hit /spell me,they never "bite" me
