How Expansion Install Error

My How gives my a strange unreadeble error (may be an unknow font) just after the setup is loaded.I have tried to reinstall Icewind and it works perfectly but seem HOW doesnt find Icewind because I have the same error massage if it (ID) is installed or not. I'm sure the cd is not broken because I have alredy changed it. pls help me.
