All righty, I'm trying to solve this quest with 2 Ordinators dead and five outlanders, been talking to some people and now I'm looking for the woman with a dagger, and NOONE I've asked so far (and I think I've asked everyone) in the Hlaalu district has had any information for me.

Can someone tell me who to talk to?

Try asking in either the Foreign Quarter or St. Olms. I'm fairly certain it is one of those two places.
