2 questions on Enchanting

1. Can you enchante arrows? I have seen many in the game but can't do it myself cause they don't show up in the enchantment menu.

2. Has anyone tried enchanting a bow or crossbow to "cast when strikes," and if so can you tell me about atleast one example of what the enchantment was.

in old dagger fall i created a daeric bow that casts globe of annihilation when hits...kills everything in one hit...

works great, for about a few hours, then burns itself out....

sad,

does this game, when you use a weapon, do you still have to repair after a while???

and thankkfully the items recahrge after a while, so thats ok....

but do you still have to repair artifacts???

never liked that...
