What downloadable items are worth getting and where do i get them?

I was wondering if you could tell me what are the better downloadable weapons and where I could get them.

I specifically would like to know where i can find the acid katana. Ive heard its awesome. (There are no good katanas but celestial fury and a few others.
I love katans and NEED this one)

The acid katana(shuorokopa???) is a part of the Solaufin mod and if you have that installed then when you go to the guarded compound and get CF when you come outside and rest he sould apear and ask for celestrail fury, sooo TRY and dust him if you can, he deals a good 30 damage a shot, regenarates second fastest in game and everytime you hit him you get a melfs acid arrow in your arse, so be afraid!!!
