Help with island quest, please

I've been searching all over the islands north of Ahemussa Camp, trying to find the outlaw Rels Tenim! This is a quest from the fighters guild in Sedrith Mora. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

OK. I found the island with the entrance to Shallit (?sp) which is where Rels Tenim is supposed to be. but when I enter there is noone there. Only a note that says '...send the new man forward...' , a sword, and a couple barrels.
I've looked around the cavern and into an ancestral tomb. I've come across a couple of things, but no Rels Tanim. Has anyone explored this yet? I'm becoming quite a nutter in here!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

i have got the same problem right now....
does anybody now where rels tenim is hiding from my sword???

i had the same problem and i think this was discused beforeon by some1 else.i coudnt find relis but u can get a cool ring in the tomb that is connected to it if u kill that vamp.

Near where you find the note, look up. A potion of Rising Force would be very useful.
