Where can I buy soul gems?

I hear best ones you can buy are the greater cause grand only drop but where do i find these greater? I wanna trap me some souls!
Enchanters at some Mages Guilds have a variety of soul gems for sale - Balmora, Vivec, Sadrith Mora for sure.
If you are in a thieving kind of mood you can often take some gems right from under their noses.
Some of these enchanters have grand soul gems - and some of them are even loaded with souls for the lazy(industrious) thief...
