found Rels

Well, found the outlaw, Rels Tanim. Took quite a while. If anyone goes on this quest for fighters guild in Sadrith Mora, here are some hints...

...First, if you don't have a levitate potion, you can find one deeper in the cavern, you'll need one. There are doors to a tomb here. Rels is not there, but if you can off a skeletal champion, a decent mage type, and a possible bone lord, there is some decent booty on the mage. Including a ring with Reflect 20%, Ignore normal weapons 40%, and another enchantment I can not recall. All constant effect! Find the levitate potions in the camp outside the tomb doors. Take them back to the entrance to shallit. Near here on the west side(I think) is a ledge that you must levitate up to. Down that path is Rels and his friends. Some of the battles are tough, they all have enchanted weapons so be careful. Payout is pretty good though, including grand soul gems!!
