If you look at the SoA walkthrough on this site you should find the answer you are looking for under "equipment" ;)

I find it odd that the vampires would have a weapon like that anywhere near their lair.

Maybe they captured it and thought it would be out of (their) harms way?

That was the point, by hiding it in a pool of blood away from people who could use it against them, they hoped to stop pain from the weapon.

yeah, cause, you know, it would never make sense to just, uh, destroy the thing. :rolleyes: :D

They obviously have enough common sence to *lock* the chests with fifty-thousand wooden stakes throughout the entire lair. :rolleyes: :)

Well obviously vampires are masochists. :)

Obviously, vampires are obsessed with death. Perhaps they're a tad necromaniacal... you know, sleeping in coffins, hanging out with skeleton warriors, hiding powerful maces of disruption in pools of blood...that sort of thing. ;)

@kopy:

LOL!

I've been trying to come up with another avatar for myself; the Pepto Bismol Guy is ok, but I gotta think bigger than that. Maybe something having to do with a chicken...I'll see what I can "cook" up on Photoshop. :p

@kopy:

Me avatar's the Pepto Bismol Guy, an animated GIF my friend has used on his website to link to his "Most Nauseating Website Award." I think he's just peachy, but as I wrote above, I must think bigger. Perhaps a transcendent chicken is it.
