Hom should i pickpocket in the game?

Click on the mask icon and choose a victim on the street. The cursor will change to a purse, just click over the unaware NPC and you will see a message like "The party acquired one item"
Or you can shoplift. Some stores will allow one icon with a hand over some swords. On this screen, everything you pick with your thief selected will be "for free".
Beware! If you fail the pickpocket (based on your score in the skill), you may be in deep trouble!

Before you go around shoplifting like mad, you should note that you need a very high skill (usually from 150 onwards) in pickpockets to guarantee success (240 will basically guarantee success for shoplifting in any place, though there's still a margin for error).
Don't worry though, there are lots of potions of thievery that can enhance your PP by 40% each.

I did´n mean how to picpocket. I wandered ho should i pickpocket in the game.
Entenderam galera, o que eu realmente quero saber é em que NPCs eu devo fazer o pickpocket.
A proposito, os brasileiros dominam a net!!!

Pickpocket people wearing armor and ones that have weapons. DOn't bother with nobles or pesestrains as they rarely ever have anything of use. Mages often carry scrolls and warriors sometimes carry potions.

My advice is pickpocket everyone, a little more loot never hurts.

I never tried pick-pocketing really ... Always used to get caught and everyone went ballistic on me .. so I did not find that at all fun ... I guess i had not packed in much power into the pickpocket skill of my thieves .. always rather saving it for trap detections and lock openings.
But this list (what to pick pocket) I looked up makes me salivate and I will sure play my next game with a VERY active thief.

Some of the Baldurdash fixes prevents some of the exploits listed, like the second Ring of Gaxx
