Anyone point me to some editor tutorials for the construction kit? I'm starting to get the urge to play around with it.

Oh, and there is a huge forum and fan community over at gamespy's http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind too. WIth lots of links that aren't featured elsewhere for mods and tutorials.
There's some editor tutorials there too. And good FAQS.
