Spoken Dialogues....

Maybe I should have asked "Slyweasel" for help, but I know that he has got his hands full elsewhere trying to answer important questions about "the meaning of life" and so on. So I though I wouldn't waste his "valueable" time with this....
Anyway to the questions....
Q1: Does anyone know of any way to aquire the sound files of the spoken dialogues???
You know when an NPC starts a conversation, with your character or someone else, usually the first line/sentence of the dialogue is spoken, (e.g. Minsc's tale about "Rashameen" and Boo in the snowdrift), while the rest of the dialogue is purely written text that you read....
Is there a way to get that "spoken dialogue" as a valid sound file from somewhere????
Q2: Is there any way to successfully convert the music files from the music directory (.acm files) to a format that is easily handled (e.g .wav or .mp3)????
I've tried a program called "GAP" that was supposed to be able to play .acm music files but the quality was so bad it was really laughable....(sounded like Baldur's Gate 2 on a Game Boy or something like that....)
