Help! I've gone through the temple ruins twice now and can't find Mazzy's jailcell. Found the two warded doors after killing the shadow jailer but am unable to open. What have I forgotten to do???? Mazzy's wasting away in her little cell (is that her sobbing I hear?) and she needs help desperately. Thanks

Keyless and clueless
Okay that explains it. Only I put it where I would never forget it (along with the sewer key and all the other keys that I have found and kept)and have forgotten where that oh so secret place is.....What are my alternatives? I've read about the "clua" commands...is this something that can help me?
I'm in chapter 2 (I think) and 106 days into the game. Got another question here not related to this thread.
Does Jaheira come back from the Harper stronghold (she is being tried as a traitor)?
Have to thank all the people who contribute here cause I couldn't have done it without all your advice and hints. Even with still have had some really tough battles to fight. Thanks again.

You can use the CLUA console - I am not sure of the item number for the key - I am sure someone will respond to this thread with that number.
Another option is to download Shadowkeeper - you can add the key to your inventory this way - shadowkeeper is a great tool for customizing the game. Shadowkeeper can be found at this address:

I checked out shadowkeeper and read some other postings on using CLUA commands. I think CLUA commands will work best for me. Found threads with some item and area codes but nothing for the sewer key or mazzy's jail cell key. Is there a site that maintains this information?
Also concerning Jaheira...she has been gone for days. She left me a note (this is where I meet Terminsel) saying she would face the harper trial (she has been accused as a traitor) rather than subject our group to further attacks from the harpers. Does she come back? I've looked at the Harper Hideout and she's nowhere to be found? Suggestions anyone?

When in doubt on a code use SK or near infinity to look it up.
The code for this key appears to be "KEY22"

Thanks...but I don't quite understand this. I am looking for the codes for two keys.....sewer and mazzy's jail cell and you responded...
"When in doubt on a code use SK or near infinity to look it up.

which key are you referring to? Is there a master code list that I can reference somewhere?

well, you could always clear out someones invintory, and give them every single key in one shot with SK if it doesnt list their names.... it might take a while but im sure it would work eventually

Skip CLUA and do as blueguy suggests.

I assume you mean don't use the CLUA interface and instead learn how to use shadowkeeper? Seems to me editing an ini file is less time consuming than learning a new program. But hey I'm open to new ideas, so let me think a second....I should spend time trying to learn a new program and then use a code "key22" that could generate any key (not necessarily the one I want) in hopes that it will (sooner or later) generate the key I am looking for? Have I got that right?

Any other ideas?

Why are you acting like people are stupid when they are just trying to help you?
"KEY22" was in response to your original request for Mazzy's jail cell key. You said you already read about CLUA so I assumed that once I told you the code you could handle it from there. SK is extremely simple to use; install it and you can look up codes for whatever items you want all by yourself.

There seem to be some major misunderstanding here. Install SK for god's sake! Then there is no more need for any code whatsoever, you can add and delete anything from the inventory directly. As for "learning" SK, a five year old could handle it immediately, provided he could read english.

Okay...shadowkeeper installed and got the sewer key. Thanks. Shadow jail key though will not be imported to my inventory however. Any ideas why that may be?
