I have been infected with the virus W32.Klez.gen@mm , it's sending me fake emails through outlook express so everytime I open my inbox there is one or many of that crap, my anti-virus intercepted them everytime but I want to know what can I do to disable that program and stop that annoying thing to happen ever again.

When I look in the virus description it said that it's none transmitted so I suppose it's in my computer and runnig by itself.

I'll apreciate any advise on this.

Thanks.

P.S.: sorry for my english, my first language is french.

Try downloading the Klez removal tool, here:

It turned out that I'm not infected with that virus. I downloaded the tool and runned it and no virus. But I still receive infected emails, maybe it's someone who's got my address who is infected. I don't know. Thanks for the link anyway.

Easiest way to check if the worm is there is search your c:\windows\system folder for a file called wink***.exe (*** indicates random string of characters). If you can't find that file your system is not infected.

I searched and I didn't find the wink***.exe file so it's means that my computer is not infected and it's someone that I know who is infected that's why I still receiving infected emails. Now I will take care of that. Thank you for your help guys.
