Order of Enchanting

I realize I could have posted this with many of the other enchanting topics, but for fear no one would read this important fact, I started a new one.
When making a constant effect enchantment (and possibly "cast when used" enchantments), the order of the enchantment matter. For example, my Deadric tower Sheild has 225 enchant points. If I make the first one 5pt health restore and the second 10 pts fortify attribute, it costs over 300 enchant pts (which I don't have). However, if I add the attribute one first, THEN the health restore, I get an even 225.
I think the second enchantment (and possibly 3rd and 4th and etc etc ) get negative modifiers for each one based on the effect of the spell. So having the Fortify attribute second make it much larger than having a Health Restore second.
So when you do multiple enchantments that don't fit into your item, try rearranging and maybe they will.
