I was wondering if I entered Drizzts defender scimitar into the game with Clauconsole(something like that) will that guy show up and take it. Even if i'm somewhere else (TOB or Suldenessessar)?
Thanks
P.S. (If it does work then how do I do it?)

Not sure, but you could try. CLUAConsole:CreateItem("sw1h15")
& CLUAConsole:CreateItem("sw1h16"). I killed Drizzt myself, then sold his items because the guy never showed. Had the items for about a week also game wise, but then I got tired of waiting. Anyone know if that sorc had any special items on him?

How do you use Clauconsole though? Thanks
I just really liked Defender (great for Valygar)

I've done this same thing.
If you do cheat of Drizzt's scimitar, make sure you don't get it BEFORE you go to Drizzt. He will get hostile unless you do some fast explanations.
Malchor Harpell will show up after you meet Drizzt in any location. However, he won't initiate a conversation. You can't save or rest while he is in your sight, and you can't kill him. The only way to get rid of Harpell is to lose the Scimitar --picking it up again will cause the bug to pick up where it left off.
You gotta ask yourself "Is it really worth it?"
G'luck DC!

Will the guy even show up in TOB or Suldenessessar. How do you use Clauconsole anyway?

ToB - No, he won't show up. Suldnesslar? Yes, he'll even follow you *there*.
Installing CLUA - Go and use your Find Files and Folders in your Start menu. Search up the document "baldur.ini". It will be a notepad looking thingie.
Under the line PROGRAM OPTIONS, you will see a bunch of random commands and numbers. Start a new line anywhere under PRGRAM OPTIONS and type in "Debug Mode=1" This will install the cheats.
Start up BG2.
When you get into your game, simutaneously type in CNTL and SPACEBAR. A small typeing area will appear at the bottem of the screen.
type in CLUACONSOLE:CreateItem("sw1h16")
The Defender will end up right in your first charactor's inventoy, usually inidentified.
Here is another way to find CLUA-

Hope this helps!

You guys must be real powerful to be able to kill Drizzt in BGII, all of my party was near their limit and i took him on fully but still lost (When everyone had died he was only injured) so i think you guys must be bluffing

I don't mean to insult your party but I found Drizzt to be the worlds bigggst pushover. If you keep his party bussy with summons and divide and conquer they fall within 5 minutes of real life.

...or...Maybe I was just in the mood for kicking more Drow butt!
Just bang him and Catti Brie (sp?) with Lower Resistances and Spell sequencers alligned with Magic Missil and Lightning. Jan's Bolts of Polymorphing work nicely as well (I turned Brunor into a squirrel!)...
By the way, hack out spell casters in melee first. Those stupid little *things* will bring you down in seconds if you aren't prepared...
